Shipping & Tracking

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 195 Countries. If you can select the country on our website, we can ship there. However for some countries / locations we might only be able to ship via FedEx, DHL, or Standard Post.

I’m in the UNITED STATES, how long it will take to receive my order?
All of our orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment except on weekends.
Please allow 3-5 days or 7-10 days depending on where it ships from for standard delivery.
A tracking number will be uploaded and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. We ship from our USA warehouse.

I’m outside of the UNITED STATES, how long it will take to receive my order?
Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary.
On average, standard shipping is 7-12 business days to Europe and 15-25 business days to other countries. Countries may see similar or slightly longer average shipping time depending on your location.
Around half the time is spent reaching the destination, while the other half is spent being routed to the proper facilities before making it to the customer in the destination country.
VAT taxes may apply in your home country.

Will I receive a tracking number once my package is shipped?
For all orders, a tracking number will be emailed to your registered or order email account within 48 hours. Please make sure your email address is up-to-date.

When will you ship my order?
Please allow one business day to process your order.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and if your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to stop it.
If for some reason your order has been dispatched, you can return or exchange it within 30 days.
